CREO 7.0 CZ
We are the first in the Czech Republic to use a new version of Creo Parametric to create assemblies and structures. Our technical department is already working with version 7.0.1.0 in the Czech language.

EXPLOSION PROTECTION

VALVE CONTROL, s.r.o. underwent training in the field of industrial explosions, which took place under the leadership of BS&B representatives. Participants were presented with examples of various options for protection against industrial explosions caused by explosive dust suspensions. From passive elements such as rupture panels to complex systems with active protection and chemical insulation capable of suppressing explosions at an early stage.

ACTIVE EXPLOSION PROTECTION SOLUTIONS

EXPLOSION SUPPRESSION AND CHEMICAL INSULATION SYSTEMS

BS&B's IPD active explosion suppression system provides protection for process applications where the suspension of dust in the air poses a risk of explosion. The early stages of the pressure rise associated with the subsequent explosion are detected by a unified sensor system, which is installed directly on the protected equipment. After the explosion is detected, an electrical signal activates the cannon, which causes the release of a suppressant (sodium bicarbonate) directly to the site of the explosion - this causes the initial phase of the explosion to be extinguished before the transition to deflagration and subsequent detonation combustion, which can generate a pressure increase exceeding .

REALIZED PROJECTS

FAIL CLOSE SINGLE ACTING ACTUATORS

In September, the production and testing of sets of 16 actuators for Hartmann DN80, PN160 ball valves was successfully completed for the project "Installation of single-acting pneumatic actuators on probe inlet valves in the ZS6 Malacky collector room". Actions related to the project of an already built safety control system with connection to the ESDnet safety communication network, including the construction of a system for safety wean of the center with the implementation of new elements of emergency shutdown technologies, extension of EPS, PDS systems and incorporation of HAZOP recommendations. In November, the actuators will be installed at the customer's site.
