SWISSFLUID PEEK
In response to customer requirements, Swissfluid AG has developed an innovative solution with a combination of materials that guarantees three times longer valve's life. The result is a multiple increase in production reliability and a significant reduction in maintenance costs. For particularly demanding applications, such as zinc production, we now offer SWISSFLUID shut-off butterfly valves with PEEK-coated discs.

• Also suitable for abrasive media

PEKOS VALVES - NEW PRESSURE TEST BENCH UP TO DN1050

A new horizontal pressure bench for testing on-off valves up to size 42 “(DN1050) was put into operation at the PEKOS (Artea) production plant. The new unit allows hydraulic and pneumatic tests up to 600 bar, which corresponds to valves in the pressure class ANSI2500/PN400

SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATIONS IN PAPER INDUSTRIES 

During October, we supplied knife gate valves for paper technology projects in 3 plants in the Czech Republic. Each of these customers has different standards of valve design and control system, and the individual solutions for each of them corresponded to this.
