SWISSFLUID - NEW BCS SAMPLING CLOSURE SYSTEM FOR SAFE SAMPLING

The BCS bottle closing system allows the sample to be taken in a safe environment with the enclosure closed. After a short preparation, during which the bottle and cap are placed in the holders, the bottle can be screwed into the valve and a sample taken. The cap is then securely screwed to the bottle using the external levers. Vapors that could escape during sampling can be returned to the process with optional venting.

CHANGE OF THE BRAY BUTTERFLY VALVES MARKING 466 ↦ 4FY

From the beginning of January the marking of the BRAY 2-eccentric butterfly valves in carbon steel design will change. All parameters remain the same. From the original marking 466, all carbon steel butterfly valves will now be marked 4FY.

REALIZED PROJECTS

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PYROLYSIS GAS VALVES PROJECT

We closed the year 2020 with the first part of the supply for the domestic project of energy utilization of waste in heat supply. The design and technical solution of our technicians included sets of PEKOS pneumatic ball valves with accessories designed for explosive environments. Depending on the parameters and the required function for the individual positions, FULL TRUNNION valve designs were used, metal/metal, soft-sealing, with floating or fixed ball, monostable or bistable pilot valves and end position sensors with Ex d protection. The specified maximum operating temperatures of the valves differed from 40°C up to 600°C.
